A 30 storey Mixed Developement, with rentable commercial Office space, vehicle Showroom for Tata, and 50 luxury apartments for Diesel and Motor Company PLC, at 360 Madampitiya Road, Thotalanga.

The design concept planned in conjunction with the Mercedes Benz Center, located opposite, aims to create an iconic Entry Gateway to the city and a emblematic Corporate branding for DIMO PLC.

Comprising 5 levels if ramp up car parking for 400 vehicles, 25,000 sqm of commercial office space on 20 levels, with 10,000 sqm, 50 nos apartments occupying the upper 10 levels and a rooftop sky restaurant, pool, and recreational deck.

Enjoying panoramic ocean veiws, together with veiws of the newly developed Port City, the project aims at creating an integrated Working and Living environment at this important city gateway, whilst responding to the Mega Developement of Colombo Port City, which it borders.
