Unique for the region, the investment entails a sports facility upgrade to international standards, together with the developement of a sports hotel and high-end shopping arcade. Located in the 5 acre exclusive address of the Srilanka Lawn Tennis Association premises, this joint venture developement comprises a 75 bed Sports Hotel, high-end commercial retail arcade of 7500sqm, together with the addition of 5 roof top tournament level tennis courts, and the refurbishment of all ground level courts.

The breif includes a refurbished Club house, Restaurants, A fully equipped Conference faciity and Sports Library, together with a state of the art strength training gymnasium. Most importantly the projects gives back to the City, a brand new people friendly Urban Public Space as an integral part of the Developement.
