High rise development, with Ground + 18 levels, with 5 basements for 250 mechanically operated car parks, incorporating a total area of 20,000sqm. Projected Cost 5 Billion SLR. Estimated Completion 2023.

The basic premise for this Multi-storey, Mixed Developement, is efficiency, functionality, and sustainability. A smoothly functioning "machine" for 'Working and Living' located in the heart of Colombo. The building form, dictated by the premise of a highrise structure, as a series of 'coordinated multi-layers' both vertically and horizantally layered. These layers incorporate building services, infrastructure, and create greening, shading, and external sound mitigation. Integrated into the facade design are renewable power generation through photovoltaics. The upper 5 levels house 13 beautifully appointed apartments including 4 Penthouses, with spectacular veiws of the City and its coastal seascape. The building is capped by a roof-top, leisure floor incorporating a 27m infinity pool, gymnasium and fine dining restaurant. Designed to be LEED compliant, with a Platinum rating, the first of its kind in the region. Total Built Area 2,000 sqm including a mechanically operated 250 AI Carpark system, within a 15m high underground basement facility.
