A 150 room, 5 Star Hotel at Lake Road, Nuwara Eliya The design for the hotel draws heavily on the architectural tradition of the British Colonial Style, prevalent in Nuwara Eliya, Srilanka. Inspired by the 'Tea Bungalows', the design echoes these prototypes, creating cosy room interiors with great veiws, and collonaded verandahs for guest interaction highlighting veiws of bordering Gregory's Lake. Area 16000 sqm, Estimated Cost 7billion. Projected completion March 2024.
