This 4 star hotel development, for a 100 bed hotel is located in the beautiful Southern Ocean stretch of Bentota beach, in Srilanka. Enjoying awesome veiws of the Indian Ocean to the West, and the river estuary to the East, the design concept explores the staggered 'step-up' of Ground + 3 overhead floors on a raked column structure, for the hotel rooms, thereby creating a triple height Atrium restaurant and coffee shop at Ground level.
