Creating a luxury boutique brand:

An oceanfront, 12 key hotel and 15 villa unit, boutique property located on the famed Southern coat of Srilanka, at Hikkaduwa. The design explores concepts of privacy, exclusivity and 'personal space' using a progressional, 'movement driven' architectural concept, which emphasizes the exclusivity of the guest experience.

Project Area: 5000 sqm Project cost 200M SLR. Completed 2010.
